-Discusses calendar preferences
- Before meeting
- EA schedules Calendar 2 meeting with Client
- EA uses notes/recording from Calendar 1 to proactively pre-fill the Calendar Preferences [Master Template]
- EA formats calendar template to suit client expectations, removing any dimensions that are not relevant to their understanding of the client
- I.e. do not ask about a spouse’s schedule if the client has no spouse
- During meeting
- Milestones
- EA will have completed Calendar Preferences [Master Template]
- EA will ask client for permission to overhaul existing calendar and begin scheduling Personal, Professional, or both kinds of meetings on client’s behalf
- After meeting
- In conjunction with learnings from Calendar 1 Pain Points findings, EA will begin implementing preferences client expressed and captured in session
- EA may begin scheduling proactive, reactive, or both kinds of meetings based on client sign-off
- EA will review findings once more in advance of Calendar 3: Determine and Protect Focus Time
Client shares screen to show calendar and begins walk-through
- As client walks through calendar, EA should listen for preferences on the following:
- What calendar to use for what events
- Visual preferences - e.g., color coding to better identify agendas for the day:
